That’s why we provide you with the highest quality equipment during our treks. All our equipment is inspected, tested and sanitized before each outing.
All of our tents are Eureka and Hardwear, one of the best in the industry. Each tent can hold up to four people, but we only use them for two people. You will have the comfort of leaving your shoes and other belongings in the small entrance that each tent has. They are waterproof and have doors on both sides so you can get out without crushing your friends.
We are proud to be a company that cares about the environment. We adhere to international eco-tourism recommendations and continually improve our practices to minimize our environmental impact. We recycle as much as we can, use reusable bags and containers, separate our waste into organic and inorganic, and manage it properly.
All our kitchen and dining utensils are made of stainless steel, glass and porcelain. Thus, we care not only for your health but also for the health of our Mother Earth. We also use biodegradable soap.
We have satellite phones to attend to any emergency that may occur in our most remote camps. These phones are equipped with an emergency system that automatically sends the exact coordinates to a particular emergency center responsible for organizing your rescue. For this reason, we recommend that you purchase travel insurance that covers this type of relief.
These phones can also be used to send and receive valuable information and not necessarily in case of emergency (price not included).
All our guides have a first aid kit and an oxygen tank. Our first aid kits comply with the recommendations of the International Red Cross and our oxygen tanks are checked before and after each excursion. In addition, all our guides are continuously trained in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
